Dim Sum + jello

We took Megan to a new-to-her Dim Sum place. I couldn't wait for her to see these little jello explosions - I knew she'd love them.

How an unschooling family plays video games

Together! Dennis is controling the throttle while Megan steers.

Zoe at a friend's house

Zoe rests after a busy afternoon of chasing bigger kids and running through the sprinkler.

Afternoon snack

Pokemon!

Megs is sorting Pokemon cards. I just realized she's also wearing her Pokemon shirt!

At lunch

Megan is coloring on her mat and Dennis is helping Zoe color hers.

Zoe directing Dennis

Zoe is saying things like "cut that one!" and "good daddy!"

Happy Feet

These are Megan's feet after she spent the day swimming with Emma & Tails at the LIFE is Good conference. The rest of her is relaxing in the car and waiting for our pizza to be ready.

Night-night snuggles

We found Puff!

Zoe rides Nessie the stoned dragon.

Little rides

When this ride is in motion it plays the 'miami vice' theme song.

Zoe's snack

We were in the checkout line at Target and the kids were picking a snack. Megan chose a soda and a pack of Pokemon cards. Zoe found a small container of mandrain oranges and chose that as her snack. Cookies? Not today!

New Park!

There is a small new park near our house. It is more Zoe-sized than Megan-sized, but Megan doesn't mind!
